The International day of Midwife’s was celebrated in the Ministry of Public Health. His Excellency Dr Fatimi the Minister of Public Health inaugurates the ceremony and congratulates the Midwifes Day and also appreciates their hardworking for the wellbeing of mothers and their child’s As they are the ones who slows down the mortality rate He Congratulates the New President of AMA and appreciates her hard workings and prayed for her further success in every aspect of life The AMA selected President had her speech and yearly report The chief of Party of HSSP had her speech and also the WHO president and other midwives and directors.
At the end they awarded the representatives certificates and gifts. The gifts were prepared from Heart province 250 participants attended the International Day of Midwifes Who were midwifes from the provinces, hospitals and students and other people.
